All items whose invoice has been paid within the payment period can be returned to us during 14 days. This is possible if the articles are unworn, in original condition and with the original labels.
The cost of the return is at your own expense. We recommend tracked and insured shipping. If a return is lost during shipping, we are not liable and you must recover the value of your shipment from the shipping company.
The hygienic fitting of articles is of course permitted. We therefore recommend that you try on the shoes on soft surfaces (e.g. carpet). Labels and tags may only be removed if this prevents the item from being fitted and assessed. If you want to return the item, please make sure that you do not make it dirty and send it back to us in its original condition and factory packaging.
If you do not have the factory box in your possession anymore you can also use another box, provided that the return label is clearly visible.
Are you returning a beauty item?
Only beauty items that are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging can be refunded and resold for hygienic reasons. Please make sure that any accompanying packaging, instructions and accessories are also returned.
Have you already opened it and it’s not for you after all? Then consider giving it to a family member or one of your friends as a gift and help us reduce unnecessary waste.
